Go-To Sketch Challenge #4

I made this little card for Paper Crafts Go-to Sketch Challenge #4. http://www.papercraftsconnection.com/

I had already colored the sweet little fairy, so I used her as my focal point. Yesterday I worked on cleaning out and sorting papers. The paper used for this card are scraps left over from my clean up. The background was stamped with Versamark and embossed with glittery powder and the fairy has shiny bits as well. This card opens vertically.

We had Stamp Club this morning and made four fabulous cards. I'll be using the techniques we learned then tomorrow to create something new!

Graduation Cards

It's graduation time! I'm excited that both my DD Emily and my niece Lainie are graduating next Friday, May 14th. Emily is completing a Master's degreee in Vocal Performance from the Boston Conservatory. Lainie will receive a BA from Drury University. She has a double major in Spanish and Theater.

In honor of these two incredibly talented young ladies I have created waterfall graduation cards using their school colors. (Actually I can't tell if BoCo has school colors, so I used the colors from their web page.)
